  • Make It a Mile Introduction to Running program - 4 wk program meeting Tues and Sat, starts Tues, Sept 6th, info sessions on Weds, Aug 24th and Weds, Aug 31st - leads into the No Boundaries program.
  • No Boundaries 5K Beginner Program - 10 wk program meeting Tues and Sat, starts Tues Oct 4th, with information sessions scheduled for Weds, Sept 21st and Weds, Sept 28th.
  • No Boundaries II 5k Advanced Program - 10 week program meeting Tues and Sat starts Tues, Oct 4th, with Information Sessions on Weds, Sept 21st and Weds, Sept 28th.
  • Half Marathon Training Program - 12 wk program meets Tues and Sat, starts Tues, Sept 20th. Information Sessions scheduled for Weds, Sept 7th and Weds, Sept 14th
